Perry County Expands Its "Vision"

Trenton, TN - Last week, our partners at Vision Perry in Linden expanded their “Vision” a little further – to GibsonCounty. On Tuesday, county officials announced they have a new organization that will bring hundreds of jobs to the county to help put thousands of unemployed West Tennesseans back to work. The non-profit company, Vision Gibson, works with for-profit companies to recruit and train applicants. The same group just recently brought 300 jobs to Perry County. In January 2009, unemployment in Perry County surged to 27%, and at that time was the 3rd highest rate in the country....
